The tube body diameters range from 13mm to 60mm. When selecting a diameter, different capacities can be obtained by cutting to different lengths. The capacity can be adjusted between 3ml and 360ml. Tube caps can be divided into flat caps, round caps, high caps, flip caps, super flat caps, double caps, spherical caps, and lipstick caps. Tube caps can also be processed using various techniques, including gold, silver, colored, transparent, oil-injection, electroplating, etc. Pen tip caps and lipstick caps usually come with inner stoppers. The tube cap process is usually injection molding.
Some products need to be filled before sealing, and the sealing can be done by dipping: straight sealing tail, slanted sealing tail, umbrella-shaped sealing tail, star-point sealing tail, and special-shaped sealing tail. You can add the date code to be printed at the end of the sealed tail according to requirements.
Tubes can be made from colored tubes or transparent tubes. Polished-finish tubes can be made into colored or transparent pearlescent tubes, and they can be either matte or glossy.
Regarding printing methods, the tube body can undergo multi-color printing and screen printing. Screen printing is charged according to the number of colors. Our factory also has hot transfer printing equipment and technology. The cost of gold stamping and silver stamping is calculated per unit area. For tubes, screen printing works well but is slightly more expensive. Buyers can choose different manufacturers according to different quality and price requirements.
